The problem

Before asking for a quote, your client looks at your website.

An outdated, slow or confusing website makes a company look smaller than it is. Whoever is evaluating suppliers compares, hesitates and asks your competitor for a quote. And you never even find out you lost that opportunity.

The problem is rarely just the look. It is the sum of small things: the company doesn't show up in search, what it offers isn't clear, the path to contact is hard. Our job is to find those points and fix them.

Diagnosis

Five points where your company may be losing clients.

Problem

People searching Google for your service find your competitors, not you.

Consequence

You only sell to people who already know you. Every search without your company is a client who never even considered you.

What we build

Technical and content SEO: site structure, pages by service and region, and articles that answer your clients' real questions. When the company needs contacts now, Google Ads.

  • Research on how your market searches
  • Site structured for Google
  • Content plan
  • Google Ads campaigns

Goal › Show up for people who are already looking for what you sell.

Artificial intelligence

Systems outside. AI inside.

Outside, we build the path to the client: website, landing pages and CRM. Inside, we put artificial intelligence to work in your company, with a post and carousel generator set up with your brand identity. It is the same AI we use at every stage of our work, always with human review.

FAQ

What companies ask before getting started.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. Once we understand the problem, we send a fixed proposal with what is included and the timeline.

How long does it take?

A corporate website takes about 2 weeks on average. The exact timeline is in the proposal and depends on the scope and on how quickly your team sends the information.

How do we get started?

We start in writing: you get the points we found on your website and Google profile, each with a suggested fix. No commitment, and no call required.

Do you work in English?

Yes, in writing. Vortra is a small studio based in Brazil. Emails, proposals and reports are in English. We don't take phone calls in English, so the whole project runs in writing, with every step documented.

How do the contract and payment work?

The contract is signed before the project starts, with scope, timeline and fees defined. Clients in the US pay in US dollars through PayPal (card or PayPal balance): a down payment when the proposal is approved and the balance on delivery. Clients in Brazil pay via Pix.

Who owns the domain and the website?

Your company does. The domain is registered in your company's name and you receive all access credentials on delivery.

What happens after the website goes live?

You receive everything set up, with all access credentials and guidance on next steps. In specific cases, we agree on monthly support.

Do you put AI inside my company?

Yes. We set up an AI post and carousel generator based on your company's identity and tone, and train your team to use it day to day. It can be added to any other solution.

Do you use AI? Will the content sound robotic?

We use AI to gain speed and depth in everything we build, and every deliverable is reviewed before it reaches you. In the post generator, the AI is set up with your company's identity and tone, so the result looks like your brand.

Next step
